1. Student-Initiated Cancellations:

24 Hours or More Before the Session: The student will receive a full refund.

Less Than 24 Hours Before the Session: A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.

Up to 6 Hours Before the Session: A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.

Less Than 6 Hours Before the Session: No refund will be provided.

2. Tutor-Initiated Cancellations:

The student will receive a full refund, and the tutor will ensure priority rescheduling.

3. Cancellations Due to Technical Issues:

Platform’s Fault: The student will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

Student’s Fault: No refund will be provided.

Tutor’s Fault: The student will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
